Salley Jernigan Bradham was Ruby's mother. She died in 1917 giving birth to mother 's sister Salley.

July 1, 2008 we celebrate the joint birthdays of Gayle and Jamie. Their combined birthdays add up to 6743 which is the theme of our celebration.

Tyler being picked up for my Annual visit to Stephens.


This is my 4th annual visit to son's Stephen's home in North Carolina. This year my guest was grandson Tyler. Stephen now lives in Raleigh. This visit is in June 2008. Here I'm picking up Tyler at his home in Lexington, S.C.

Pedro at South of the Border welcomes us back to South Carolina. That's Tyler standing on Pedro's foot. 4th Annual Visit was 100 % success and a special thanks to Stephen and Melissa for their hospitality . A great time was had by all !! Thanks !!

Newest woods addition - Mimosa tree


Newest woods addition is a beautiful 8 foot mimosa tree from Woodley's nursery in northeast Columbia. Planted late May 2008. Reason it was so large initially is because I'm too old to wait for it to grow !

Tommy's Driver's License


Grandson Tommy got his driver's license on May 19th, 2008. God help us !!!!

Mr. Kennedy's Move


Good friend and Paul's Dad Muldrow Kennedy was moved to NHC a more secure health care facility during May 2008. This was necessitated because of his advancing dementia.
